Well, it’s warming up to the Summer of 2010, and what looks to be one of the greatest sports summers in recent memory. Not just because of the NBA’s ridiculous free agency, or the Reinvention of Tiger, but moreso because of all the action happening in one particular sport: soccer. For those that don’t know, the World Cup is coming to South Africa this summer. Also at the same time, most of the leagues are finishing up their seasons.
At my job, we’re pretty good with Photoshop. We’ve also just recently become pretty big fans of professional football (not soccer, because that would mean being fans of MLS, which we’re not). So in our downtime, we don’t send dumb email forwards to our coworkers like other companies. We actually combine our mastery of Adobe products with a bit of clever trash talk to produce ridiculously hilarious pieces.
There are 4 of us EPL fans. I, the web developer, am an Arsenal fan. Our graphic designer, Truz, is the Man U fan (typical). Our video guy, is a Tottenham loser. And our manager is a long time Chelsea purist. And before anyone comments that I have too much time on my hands, let me just add the note that these little photoshops take about 2-3 mins each. (Super defensive!)
There’s so many of them, I don’t think I could fit them all on one page. But here’s a few to whet your appetite. More to come upon popular request!
This is what started it all.
Countered with this.
“Gotta love that cajun hotspur!”
Re-countered with this.
In case you’re wondering, it means Arsenal is washed up.
Eventually, Man U got in on the act…
…and was promptly crapped on.
Here’s where things just got a little ridiculous.
And there was no topping this, so we put it to rest at this point.

HAHAHAHA – Oh, my.
This Man U fan loves the little Photoshops
No Chelsea answer!? Barca is choking in UCL make something for that.
Love it Vince! I think the “back and forth photoshop emails” are my favorite part of the work place. Some of these have just been absolutely ridiculous. It’s funny to see them laid out in order like this!
Unfortunately, our Chelsea supporter is not in the loop. Fan submissions, however, are always welcome.
